Overview
At TechTitans we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- You must have the original invoice or order confirmation.
For defective or wrong items, we may accept returns even if the package has been opened, and we will arrange replacement or full refund as appropriate.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at contact@techtitans.in.net or phone +91 63626 18184. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions (e.g. prepaid return label or pickup arrangement, where applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it back as instructed. For defective/wrong items, we may arrange pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement as per your request and our policy.
Refund Process
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank or payment gateway processing may add a few more days.
- Replacements are shipped as soon as the return is approved and stock is available. You will receive tracking details.
If you paid by card or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account. We do not offer cash refunds for online orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share photos if possible. We will arrange replacement or refund and may arrange pickup of the defective unit. Do not discard the packaging until the case is resolved.
