At TechTitans we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

For defective or wrong items, we may accept returns even if the package has been opened, and we will arrange replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to: opened software or licenses, personalized/custom-built items (unless defective), and items marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please check the product listing or contact us before ordering if unsure.

After we receive the returned item and verify its condition:

If you paid by card or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account. We do not offer cash refunds for online orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share photos if possible. We will arrange replacement or refund and may arrange pickup of the defective unit. Do not discard the packaging until the case is resolved.
