How do I place an order?

Browse our PC Builds, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details. We use a secure payment gateway. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking details when the order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and safe. We do not store your full card details.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on most orders. Monitors and cabinets may have separate shipping charges due to size and weight. Delivery times vary by location; we ship across India with a focus on Karnataka. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

How do returns and refunds work?

We have a 7-day hassle-free return policy for eligible items. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. Some items (e.g. certain peripherals or opened software) may be non-returnable; check the product page or contact us for clarity.

Do you offer custom PC builds?

Yes. You can choose from our ready PC builds (gaming, workstation, etc.) or customize your own. We help with component compatibility and assembly. Contact us for custom build quotes and support.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number and link by email. You can use it on the courier’s website to see real-time status. If you don’t receive tracking details within the expected time, email us at contact@techtitans.in.net with your order number.

What about warranty on products?

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (as stated on the product page). We assist with warranty claims and can guide you through the process. Keep your invoice and warranty documents for any future claims.

Do you ship outside Karnataka?

Yes. We deliver across India. Shipping time and cost may vary by location. Free shipping applies as per our shipping policy (excluding monitors and cabinets where applicable).
