TechTitans ships PC components, custom builds, and peripherals to customers across India. This policy explains our shipping options, delivery times, and any applicable charges so you know what to expect when you order.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on most orders. This applies to standard delivery for eligible products and locations. Free shipping helps you save on delivery when you order CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, storage, cooling, peripherals, and other components.
Delivery areas
We deliver across India. We are based in Karnataka and serve customers nationwide through our courier partners. Delivery times and availability may vary by pin code; rest assured we work with reliable carriers to get your order to you safely.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on:
- Order processing: We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).
- Location: Transit time varies by destination. Karnataka and nearby regions may see faster delivery; other states may take a few more days.
- Product type: Custom builds or large items may need extra time for packing and dispatch.
You will receive an order confirmation when the order is placed and a tracking number (and link) once the shipment is dispatched. Use the tracking link to see estimated delivery and current status.
Order tracking
After your order is shipped, we send the tracking details to your registered email. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected time, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@techtitans.in.net with your order number.
Multiple items
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together or in separate parcels depending on availability and logistics. You will be informed of multiple shipments if applicable. Shipping charges (where applicable) are as shown at checkout for the entire order.
Address and contact
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, including pin code and a contact number. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or result in failed attempts. If the courier cannot deliver (e.g. wrong address, recipient unavailable), we will work with you to resolve; repeated failures may involve additional charges or cancellation as per our terms.
